Former Governor of Abia State and lawmaker representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has felicitated with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 73rd birthday, describing him as a visionary leader dedicated to the progress and unity of Nigeria.
