‎FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

‎‎RE- ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE KIDNAP AND MURDER OF A FEMALE POLICE OFFICER IN KWARA STATE.
‎
‎The Kwara State Police command is aware of recent news circulating on various social media platforms that a female police officer(No name) serving in Kwara State was kidnapped and murdered. These claims are entirely false, and deeply distressing to members of the public.
‎
‎The Kwara Police Command wishes to state unequivocally that:
‎
‎This report is not only false but also misleading, with the intent to cause panic in the state.
‎Members of the public are hereby advised to disregard this false/misleading information as there is no report of any female police officer missing or abducted in any division in the state.
‎
‎There is no Ogidi police Division in Kwara State.
‎The spread of such misinformation is not only harmful to reputations but also distressing to the individuals and the people of Kwara State.
