The Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has presented the 2025 Appropriation Bill valued at N540 billion ,368 million ,119 thousand, 765 to the State House of Assembly.
Tagged a “Budget of Consolidation,” the fiscal plan allocates 62.1% to capital expenditure, while recurrent expenditure takes 37.9%, signaling the administration’s focus on infrastructure development.
The governor assured lawmakers that the budget would prioritize the completion of major infrastructural projects, the commencement of new initiatives, and the strengthening of social protection programs aimed at improving the lives of the people of Kwara State.
