The Governor Advisory Council( GAC) has congratulated His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq on his emergence as the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF).

GAC also congratulated Kwarans for their Governor’s remarkable achievement.
