BANDITS KILL POLICE DAUGHTER IN ZAMFARA

Residents of the area hardly sleep in their houses at night due to the increasing cases of killings and abduction while other have fled the area to safer communities

Armed bandits have killed eleven year old daughter of a Police officer in Gusau, Zamfara state capital.She was killed by the Terrorists a few minutes after she was kidnaped in her father’s house in Saminaka area in Gusau the state Capital

The bandits stormed the house Sunday night with the intend to abduct the deceased father who is a police officer serving in Zamfara Police Command.

It was gathered that the girl was shut dead by her abductors while on their way to the bush after they noticed Security Operatives were on their trail.

Police authorities in Zamfara have confirmed the incident, saying troops are still in the bush going after the terrorists.

Armed bandits have been terrorizing Saminaka Community lately leading to the death of many while others are still in captivity
The bandits had some weeks ago invaded the House of the traditional ruler of the area to abduct him, but luckily he was not around
A nursing mother was also abducted in the same Community one month after giving birth and was held captive for almost a month which led to the death of the one month old baby she left behind.

A legal practitioner residing in the area was also killed in his house by Unknown gunmen last year.

Residents of the area hardly sleep in their houses at night due to the increasing cases of killings and abduction while other have fled the area to safer communities
This is coming as the state government is recruiting over four thousand Civilian joint Task Force to complement the efforts of Security agencies in Addressing Insecurity.
Cattle markets were shutdown in Five Local Councils of the state due to the spate of Activities the criminals.
